Description
Yes, it is inspired by the many \"birds with arms\" pictures that have been floating around. Maybe 3 or so hours, picture referenced. I had a lot of fun doing it :] and i am pretty happy with how it came out. Tell me what you guys think. Constructive criticism is appreciated.

Really amazing job with the feathers. The whole bird head in general is done extremely well. I'd say play with blending more on the arms. If you use the smudge tool sparingly sometimes it can help.
And, I may not know what I'm talking about, but the background and the bird man may look more together if you put some of the blues of the background in the shadows of the arms. (Mostly on the arm furthest back?)
